How to use voltbar ?

You need to take out the sticker at the bottom of voltbar that block the airflow, after that you can open the tip cap and you can start vaping.

How long do I need to charge Voltbar?

You need to charge around 20 to 30 minutes.

How to know my voltbar is fully charged ?

The bottom led light will turn off when it's fully charged.

We only accept factory defected units only, such as
1) Not firing 
2) Unable to charge 
3) Auto firing 

Warranty claim processes

1) Contact our customer service line through Whatsapp  at +6019-6901540

2) Fill in the warranty claim form 

3) You need to return the faulty units to us, and processed through technical department.

4) Warranty assessors may review claims for accuracy. 

5) Claim is either approved or rejected 

6) If approved, we will replace a new unit for you.
